If an employee terminates prior to their coverage begin date, what information should I include in my Employee Datasheet?
If a full-time employee terminates before meeting the eligibility period for medical coverage, you can exclude from your datasheet.
**Keep in mind that the employee would need to be included if he / she was previously employed during the reporting year and did meet the eligibility criteria during the employment period. The IRS only requires that eligible employees be reported.
