You can provide additional copies to your employees directly from your ACA Track system:

  1. Log in to ACA Track,
  2. Go to the Prepare Tax Returns module,
  3. Click on the Review and Approve 1095s tab,
  4. Locate the employee’s division,
  5. Click the “view” button under the 1095C PDF column,
  6. Locate and print the Employee’s form.
