How can I get additional copies of employee’s 1095-C form?
You can provide additional copies to your employees directly from your ACA Track system:
- Log in to ACA Track,
- Go to the Prepare Tax Returns module,
- Click on the Review and Approve 1095s tab,
- Locate the employee’s division,
- Click the “view” button under the 1095C PDF column,
- Locate and print the Employee’s form.
