If you have already sent your 1095-C file for printing:
You cannot update the address at this time. However, we take several steps to ensure your 1095-C forms reach your employees, even if an address has changed. See Address Change Verification for more information.
If you have not yet generated your 1095-C file:
You can make address changes using the Employee Profile Editor. See Editing Employee Information for more details.
If you have already generated your 1095-C file, but NOT sent your 1095 files for printing:
You should reload all of your employee and dependent data in order to make this change.
If you have not yet uploaded your final data file:
Simply update the address on your employee datasheet prior to uploading your Actual Batch.
