I noticed an error on an employee’s 1095-C form AFTER sending it to print and after submitting to the IRS. How do I correct that error?
Once a batch is sent to print, that action cannot be recalled. If you discovered an error after sending your batch to print, you will need to re-upload the information for that employee and submit it as a Corrected 1095-C.
This will cause the employee to receive two 1095-C forms; the correct form will be submitted to the IRS and will replace the incorrect form.
