A warning on your Data Quality Report indicates that there are possible discrepancies between your Plan information and the information provided in your Employee Datasheet. These are only warnings, and not an indication of any specific errors.
For example, if a plan’s effective date is the first of the month, but an employee’s Coverage Begin Date is mid-month, this would trigger a warning.
If you receive warnings, it does not mean your data is wrong, but rather it should be reviewed once more to ensure accuracy.
