Batches in a “reported” status cannot be deleted, because they have been used to create a 1095-C batch and may need to be referenced in the future. However, since these have already been reported, they will not affect new batch uploads or 1095-C creation.


To create new 1095-C forms, simply upload a new Actual batch and repeat the Tax Form preparation steps. ACA Track will use the newly uploaded data to create your 1095-C forms. On the Review and Approve 1095s tab you will see both the new and old 1095 files. If you no longer need the old forms, simply reject those files.


 

Note: This only applies to Actual batches in a “reported” status. Any other Actual batches will need to be deleted prior to processing your 1095-C forms with the new data.
