1095-C Forms are only produced based upon “Actual” data loads.
- Data loaded as “Inspection” is for practice only and cannot ever be turned into a 1095-C Form.
Each Employee should only be in one Actual Employee Data batch per company/division.
- If you need to change an Employee’s information, you must delete the prior Actual Employee Data batch to remove these invalid records and load a new Actual Employee Data batch to replace the records.
Load your Actual Dependent Data last (after completing all Employees).
- If you delete an Actual Employee Data batch after loading your Actual Dependent file, you must RE-LOAD your Actual Dependent File.
When the 1095-C Process is run, it “consumes” all Actual Employee and Dependent data file batches.
- These batches will be marked as “Reported” and cannot be used again. They are stored as a permanent record and cannot be deleted.
REMEMBER: Any time you load a new Actual Employee file, you should re-load your Actual Dependent file. This ensures that the dependents are linked to the correct final batch of employees.
