My Dependent File keeps failing, but all the information is correct. What should I do?
Have you already uploaded your employee data and the status is "data upload complete?"
If not, or if there are still errors in your employee data file, you may not be able to upload your dependent data file. Because your dependent data relies on the corresponding employee information, your employee data needs to be uploaded (and at "data upload complete" status) before we can begin checking your dependent data.
If your employee datasheet has already been uploaded and passed our inspection process, double-check your dependent data, making sure that all the information is formatted correctly. See the Dependent Datasheet Field Requirements for more information.
