The standard ACA Track templates may change from year to year, based on IRS or state reporting requirements. If you are continuing to update and maintain the file (from previous reporting years) please check with your Project Manager to make sure you are using the most up-to-date one available.
Keep in mind that if you are continuing to maintain the data in template format, you'll need to add new hires, remove previous year terminations, update addresses, names (if applicable), coverage types, etc..
If you use a custom template, verify with your Project Manager that it is still valid for the current reporting year.
If you use our Standard Template, we recommend downloading the most recent version from the Data Management module in the ACA Track system to ensure continued compatibility. ACA Track > Data Management > Manage Templates > Get the Standard Employee Template (Dependent Template also available, if applicable).
