What qualifies as Union Provided coverage?
If some or all of your employees are eligible for health
insurance coverage through a multi-employer insurance plan offered through
their labor union, and your company contributes to the multi-employer plan on
behalf of those employees, the Coverage Type for those eligible employees
should be Union Provided.
