If your company is required to offer health insurance coverage under ACA regulations, any employee that works a minimum of 30 hours per week or 130 hours per month is considered full-time and should be offered health insurance.


However, companies are free to extend coverage to employees who work less than 30 hours per week or 130 per month, at their own discretion.
