“There is a problem with the Last Name Data” error message. What does this mean? How can I fix it?
You received a Last Name error for one of these reasons:
- The Last Name field for an employee was left blank. The Last Name field is required. To correct this error, enter the employee’s last name into this field and resubmit your data.
- The field contains numeric characters. The Last Name field supports letters only. To correct this error, remove any numbers from the field and resubmit your data. Punctuation, such as commas and periods, are also not allowed and should be removed.
