“There is a problem with the First Name Data” error message. What does this mean? How can I fix it?
You received a First Name error for one of these reasons:
- The First Name field for an employee was left blank. The First Name field is required. To correct this error, enter the employee’s first name into the field, save the file and resubmit your data.
- The field contains numeric characters. The First Name field supports letters only. To correct this error, remove any numbers from the field, save the file and resubmit your data.
