My dependent data file will not upload. What is wrong?
In most cases, this happens if you attempt to upload your dependent file before your employee file has been successfully uploaded. If you recently uploaded your employee data, wait until the file has completed and passed all of our data inspection tests.
If your employee data has already passed all of the inspection tests, make sure your dependent data is in the correct format and that you are selecting the correct tab within your data file. Also note that for 1095 processing, both your employee and dependent files must be uploaded as Actual batches.
See Upload Your Employee and Dependent Data for more information.
