Dependent Datasheet Guide 4 - Tips for Loading Your Dependent Data
When you’re ready to load your Dependent Data into the ACA Track system:

You must load your Employee Data BEFORE loading your Dependent Data. Our system checks your dependent file to ensure each Employee SSN matches an Employee SSN you have previously loaded into our databases. If your employee data hasn’t already been successfully uploaded, your dependent data batch will be rejected.
- When selecting your Data Source, make sure to specify that this is Dependent Data.
Refer to the Data Management Guide for specific instructions on loading your Dependent Data.
