Dependent Datasheet Guide 1 - Introduction
If your company has a Self-Insured Health Plan, you are required to provide the IRS with coverage information for all dependents that were covered under your health insurance plan.
This guide will walk you through the process of documenting that information for ACA Track, so it can be included in your annual filings.
Note: If your company has a fully-insured health plan, you do not need to complete the dependent datasheet as part of your annual filing. Your health insurance provider will report dependent data to the IRS.
